Brief Description: Fuel tank to fuselage wing attach - left wing
This is a tight area to work and there isn't much latitude for error, drilling into key fuselage support elements. Ended up coming a little close to the 'angle' then intended in an attempt to avoid getting too close to the edge. No room for a socket on the bolt head, and added a 'trimmed' washer under the head to fit snugging against the radius of the bracket.
Have not finalized the sweep and incidence position so there might be a slight adjustment but close enough to put in the inside bracket only until then.
There will be one more hole to drill in the vertical to 'grab' the bottom of the tank attach on the outside of the fuselage. This hole will pass through the inside angle, space, and skin and be located between the other two bolts.
The existing position of the QB kit rivets in that bottom longeron 'almost' interfere with the inside vertical angle bracket and upper bolt edge distance.
