The starboard fuel sump was installed. The fuel tubing was roughed up with sandpaper and a wood plug installed for the first step. The area around and under the sump was sanded. A 1 BID ply was installed on the fuselage side to act as a Corrosion barrier for the fuel. EZ Poxy 10 and 87 hardner were used. The inside of the sump blister was sanded and recoated with epozy to help seal any pinholes. The plug in the fuel tubing was removed. A generous amount of wet flox was placed on the sump blister flange and placed into position. Exces flox on the outside was removed. a 1 layer of BID was layed up over the flange joint and all was peel ply'd.
