Brief Description: Install Bottom Skin Core Copilot side
Flox was added on the floor where the ribs will contact. The table was raised up and shims added to make sure the bottom skin fit against the ribs. The plane was leveled side to side. Flox was added at the ribs to form a good bevel. 1 ply BID tape was added along the rib and floor intersection. The section along the leading edge that was cut to allow the curve was covered with 1 BID to add some support and sealing to be safe. The cuts and the bending caused white lines to form that appeared to compromise the integrity of the tank. The entire floor and all tape was peel ply'd. All surfaces were wet down with epoxy to seal any pin holes.
