The port wing had a significant difference inheight from the spar to the wing, To fill this, I used 2 part pour foam to fill in the majority of the void. It was shaped by sanding. The Center section spar seals to the wings were made by installing some urethane foam On both wings. The void filliling foam and the center section spar was covered with one layer of BID. This has temporaliy tied the wing to the center spar. It will be cut after filling and contouring in order to get a very straight cut.
