12/30/2007 I cleaned up the fiberglass job from yesterday, trimming and sanding. I cut out the CS4 front cover and the glass. It is ready to layup 12/31/2007 I layed up 1 layer of BID on the inside of CS4 and peel ply'd 1" around the edge 01/04/2008 I used thick wet micro and epoxied the CS4 on the forward side of the box, closing the box. 01/06/2008 I let the box cure for 2 days and removed it from the form. I started to lay out the dimensions for cutting the spar cap trough. 01/07/2008 I finished marking the dimensions and cut out a corner to get through the micro joint on the H100 PVC and the Urethane on both the bottom and top spar. I cut out the templates for the spar cap trough. 01/09/2008 I sanded out the top spar cap trough and started to sand the forward edge bevel.
