07/24/2008 I cut out the floor of the nose from 2" urethane foam and fit it to the NG-30's. I then carved out the depression in the floor. 07/25/2008 I microd the floors into the nose floor. I alss 5 min epoxied a sliver of foam behind f22 to smooth the depression out. I cut out the NG31 and NG32. 07/26/2008 I layed up 2 layers of BID on NG31 and NG32 on both sides, peel plying both sides. I layed down the 2 layers of BID on the nose floor, leaving 1.5" around the edge free of glass or micro. I overlayed one BID about 3-4 inches onto the floor behind F22. 07/27/2008 I cut out blocks A,B, and C for the nose side walls and micro'd them together. I then shaped the insides 08/01/2008 I microd the right wall and layed down 2 BID, leaving 1.5 to 2" unwet on the bottom, front and aft joint surfaces. I let it cure for about 1.5 hours, then micro'd the foam and put it in the nose. I had trouble keeping the unwet glass free of Micro. I got 08/02/2008 I repeated all done on the right side for the left side. 05/28/2009 I used an alum piece to attach a K-1000-4 back plat nut and flox'd it on the canard attach point. Covered it with 1 layer of BID
