01/01/2009 I cut out the foam for the Back set Heat Air duct 01/02/2009 I covered the inside of the air duct with 2 BID and 2 UND and peel plyd 01/03/2009 I used 5 min epoxy with some flox to join the pieces together. I trimmed the trough for the seat belt tube and cut out the UND for the seat belt reinforcements and the 2 layers of BID to cover the UND. 01/04/2009 I used flox to attach the tube. Imicro'd the outside of the duct and layed down the 7 layers of UND over the tube and 2 BID overall. I peel ply'd the entire duct. I then made the duct transition from a square to a tube. 01/09/2009 I used flox to attach the duct to the back floor and then applied 2BID Tape to the joint. It then layed down the 7 layer seat belt reinforcement (Alternating 4 BID and 3 UND). Peel ply'd the joints
