Brief Description: Glassing the Inside Surface for Wet Layup
09/03/2006 Using 5 min epoxy, the shoulder support was formed after some last minute trimming adjustments to assure a good fit. I used one ply of BID at 45° on the inside of the support. I went ahead to step 5 and attached the nut plates now. The holes were predrilled in the hardpoints. After letting it tack up a little, it was installed on the seat back with flox and wetting out the overhangs. Peel ply was applied to the overhangs.
