05/07/2006 Drew up the pattern for the NACA scoop. Layed it out on the bottom. Cut up the 2" and 1" foam blocks and shaped to the NACA scoop. Used Micro Slurry to attach the foam to the floor. 05/14/2006 Cut out the birch supports for the landing gear bulkhead and firewall 05/15/2006 Floxed in the vertical birch supports for the landing gear bulkhead and firewall 05/17/2006 I cut ot the horizontal birch and floxed it in. I layed down the 2 layer bid and micro'd in a 2" foam piece. 05/21/2006 I cut out the 3/8" PVC foam for the area of the scoop between the aft landing gear bulkhead and the firewall. 05/24/2006 Sanded the foam on the NACA Scoop to shape. I also sanded and shaped the lip for the landing gear cover. 06/29/2006 Glassed the inside of the NACA scoop after a 1 month vacation at Philmont and 1 week recovery
