03/19/2006 I lost the file and have had to recover. The last entry in this file was 1/24/06. Since then, I have completed all but the last step to flox the lower firewall to the fuselage sides. 04/30/2006 Went back to flox in the fuselage. Before I do this I want to make sure that fuselage is still true, so I flipped it up right and placed it on the saw horses. I could not get it to level. I could get the longerons level fore to aft and from side to side at the reat; however, I could not get it level at the front side to side??? Went to the Cozy Mailing List to query other builders. 05/04/2006 Found the problem. The Smart level has to be calibrated everyso often. After calibration, all 4 sides were level within 0.1° (yehhh!) 05/05/2006 Floxed the lower firewall into place. Bid taped the inside joints.
