Brief Description: Completion of the Fuselage Sides
01/13/2006 Set up electrical conduit form and layed up 1 Bid overit. 01/14/2006 I had to redo the conduit. I had mismeasured. I formed the foam for the aft. 01/15/2006 I 5min epoxied the conduit in place. I micro'd the foam into place 01/17/2006 Cut out the 6 plys for each landing bulkhead area. Layed them up and peel ply'd 01/19/2006 Popped the sides from the jigs today. Micro epoxied the large chunks back in and filled in a number of smaller holes. 01/22/2006 Trimmed the sides to 101.75". Still need to clean up the aft foam against the firewall 01/24/2006 Repaired the air bubbles in the longeron 4 ply tape. 01/28/2006 Finished the sides. I lost the file and have had to recover.
