11/02/2005 Cut out the foam for the forward landing bulkhead 11/03/2005 Finished cutting the foam for the LG bulkheads. Cut the BID for the hard points 11/04/2005 Layed-up the 12"x8" 24 ply for the Hard points. I used some scrape foam as thickness guides and weighted down the lay up. 11/05/2005 Cut the LG bulkhead Hard points to shape. 11/05/2005 Cut the glass for the forward and most of the glass for the aft LG bulkheads. Still need to cut the UNI for the verticals on the Aft 11/05/2005 Finished cutting glass for the vertical UNI on the Aft LGB. Cut out the Hardpoint areas in the foam and epoxied the Hard points into place w/ 5 min epoxy 11/07/2005 Layed up the forward side of the forward LG bulkhead. 2 BID @ 45° and 1 UNI 11/08/2005 Trimmed the forward LG bulkhead. 11/09/2005 Sanded aft side of forward LG Bulkheads. Trimmed angled cuts to allow floxing. Layed up Forward side of Aft LG bulkhead w/ 2 BID, 2 UNI, 8 UNI on each ear. 11/11/2005 Trimmed the aft LG bulkhead and sanded the aft side of the aft LG 11/13/2005 Cut glass for both aft and forward LG bulkheads. Finished off the BID for Chapter 4 11/13/2005 Layed up the aft side of the forward LG bulkhead. Used flox on the edges where the glass was to meet. 2 BID @ 45° and 1 UNI horizontal 11/14/2005 Trimmed the forward LG bulkhead. The forward LG bulkhead is finished. 11/15/2005 Layed up the aft side of the aft LG bulkhead. While stipling on the peel ply, my epoxy went exotherm. I removed the affected peel ply. I do not believe it affected the layup. Glassed 2 BID @ 45, 2 UNI horiz, and 3 UNI on each ear. 11/16/2005 Trimmed and sanded the edges of the aft LG bulkhead
