10/01/2005 - Cut out the foam piece for the front seat back. Cut out the UNI fabric for the front side of the seat. 10/02/2005 - Layed up 2 UND plys on the front of the front seat back, Peel plyed around the outside and along a UND joint. 10/03/2005 - Removed the peel ply. 10/05/2005 - Trimed the front set back according to the M-1 and M-2 drawing. Trimed the edges in prep for floxing. 10/06/2005 - Floxed the edges. Microed the surface and layed up one BID layer @ 45°. Set peel ply on all edges and seams 10/10/2005 - Finished the front seat back. Sanded around all edges to bring even. Still one repair to make on electrical conduit (Some delamination. 11/29/2005 - The seat back had some delaminated sections near the electical conduit and some air bubbles along the bottom 45°. I sanded back to the original foam in preparation of repair 01/24/2006 - Started to repair the seat back 1/26/05 Completed Step 1
