All engine instruments are powered and monitored by the Dynon EMS module. See drawings for details. The EMS module is mounted inside the spar. The wiring harnes provided by Dynon was used. The wire leads to the instruments in the engine compartment penetrate the fire wall below the spar. The thermocouple leads, oil and fuel pressure, oil temperature, fuel flow, and manifold pressure go through here.
One magneto was replaced using an ElectroAir EIS-1 electronic ignition system. The timing modules is connected to the engine at the vacated pad for the vacuum pump. The control module is mounted on the inside of the top firewall. The coils are mounted in the engine compartment.
The wires have been pulled for the engine instruments, but have not been connected. That step will wait until the engine is in place.
