The rudder pedals were experiencing some rust and paint system breakdown. I believe it was originally a powder coated system. Some pieces were completely sanded down to bare metal. All of the durfaces were sanded and roughed up. They were all primed with a gray Metal etching primer from Rust-o-leium. Afterwards they were painted white using an enamel paint from Rust-o-leum. Both Primer and paint was in rattle cans.
The brake system was re-installed in the IP and nose section. The brake cylinders, connecting tubing and the parking brake valve were all installed.
