After remounting the wing after repairing the inboard bolt pad, the entore surface was sanded down to prepare for a finsl (I hope) layer. I also removed the ailerons this time and cleaned up around the inboard hinge. The screw holes had become covered with micro. I have decided to go ahead and fill the ailerons. I checked the balance of the left aileron. It is about 6 -7 degrees from horizontal on the bottom surface. I will recheck and remeasure after filling. I will repeat on the right aileron.
