The strakes were sanded down a third time. Still a few minor low spots that will need to be filled. At this point the left strake joint to the wing was cut. I used a flashlight to identify the correct spot to mark and Idrill a small hole. I drew a line and used the fenmaster cutting wheel to cut a straight narrow line. However, the point nearest the cowl was marked off about 1/6 " and cut into the bolt pad on the inward bolt. Argh! This must be repaired.
