Nancy and I hotwired the top of the inboard FC1 right wing core. What a disaster. The wire stretched big time and the trailing edge was a trailing bubble tube. We looked at it and decided to run the wire over it again after tightening up. It worked both good and bad. The trailing edge came out very good. The sections of the core that was a little high along the length of the core caused the surface to get canyons. I was able to do some light sanding and get it back to the correct surface. I don't think it took much off of the surface.
