I figured that the wood sticks were not going to be required after I placed the extra scrape pieces on top. I simply epoxied them to the cores in place of the sticks. That along with the templates, the cores are not moving. I did align the BL 67.5 template parrallel to the BL 31, but at about .47" lower so that the BL 67.5 does not exit the main cores. The only effect will be a slight angle with respect to the horizontal leading or trailing edge. I calculated the deviation around .72° or about .001" deviation from vertical. I don't think that this will make a large difference.
