After finishing the outside layups on the outside of the winglet, I am moving to step 6 before finishing step 5 on the inside of the winglet.
The internal bellhorn was installed. Two BID was layed down, then a bed of flox was placed down and the bellhorn embedded into the flox. A single BID was layed up on top. The bellhorn is supported to keep the crank connection 3/8" below the rudder conduit and slightly seperated from the wall.
