The lay up was trimmed all around the winglet. The edges were sanded smooth. The leading edge has been preped for the other side. The lay ups on the lower winglet were also timmed and sanded smooth. The peel ply on the trailing edges on both upper and lower winglet were removed to expose the glass for at least 0.5". The micro that I had placed on the foam made it difficult to remove the peel ply.
