After the fiberlgass cured, the top cowl was broken loose. The paper machete, spackling, duct tape, and inside peel ply was removed. The surface was prepped by sanding to get ready for the inside layers of fiberglass. Each side received three layers of BID epoxied down over the inside of the fuselage. The center cut was also covered with three layers of BID.
