The oil sump on the IO360 B1E has a rear facing fuel servo. To get the vertical fuel servo that is needed on a Cozy, the sump had to match the B1B or B!D sump. I purchased a yellow tagged sump along with the intake tubes and gaskets. Over several weekends of prep work, the sump was changed out today. The STD-91 plug was installed inside the sump on the casing for the oil screen. While tightening up the bolts, I overtorqued one and broke the bolt head off, leaving the bolt in the case. I will have to use a screw extractor for that one. The intake tubes were reinstalled using the same hose couplings.
