3) The left wing was placed upside-down on padded sawhorses.

4) The VA-195H Access Hatch was removed from the left wing.

5) A #30 hole was drilled for the SD-42-BSLF AOA Pressure Port Rivet on lower surface of the left wing. The SD-42-BSLF rivet was setted in the skin and then the mandrel was drove out.

6) A #30 hole was drilled in the J-channel directly above the AOA pop rivet.

7) The PT 1/8 CLR plastic tubing was routed from the AOA pop rivet to the J-channel then it was secured with a tie-wrap.

12/06/19 7.5 Hrs

8) RTV was used to secure the plastic tubing to the shop head of the SD-42-BSFL AOA port rivet. Then the plastic tubing was dry-fitted to the rivet and then holded to the wing skin/rivet using a wide bead of RTV.

9) The plastic tubing was installed in the wing. Then it was secured on the retrofit installations with RTV and tie wraps in the upper skin J-channel from the AOA pop rivet to the second rib from the wing root.The W-000032B Drill Template was used on new-build to drill #30 holes in seven W-1208 Nose Ribs. The seven pilot holes were enlarged to 3/8 in. Seven snap bushings were installed. The PT 1/8 CLR tubing was routed through the SB375-3 snap bushings.

10) The drill template was separated into the W-00032A and the W-00032B AOA Drill templates.
11)The W-00032B was clecoed to the left inboard W-1208 nose rib to drill a #30 pilot hole and then this hole was enlarged to 15/32”.

12) A Plastic Tubing Adapter was fabricated from the a piece of PT-035X1/14.

13) The PT 1/8 CLR was pushed into the plastic tubing adapter and sealed with RTV.

14) The FLF-00012 bulkhead fitting was installed in the left inboard W-1208 nose rib as required.

15) The plastic tubing adapter and PT 1/8 CLR were installed into the outboard end of the wing FLF-00012 fitting. The plastic tubing adapter went 1/2 inch into the FLF-00012 fitting.
