1. A trim line was draw to the surface of the cured fiberglass. 2. A 3/8 hole was drilled through the glass fabric lay-up at the location of the canopy pivot bolt centers. 3. Re- drilled the 3 holes on both sides and reinstalled the screws, washers and nuts. 4. The Canopy lay-up trim template was cut out, With masking tape the template was aligned to the canopy 5. The struds were re-installed and placed the canopy back on the fuselage. Pivot bolts were installed. 6. Brush-coated with epoxy the areas of the C-1208
