1. The U-00007 was prepared. 2. A marker was used to mark both outside surfaces of the hinge piano 063. 3. The U-00007 was clecoed and the marked hinge piano 063 was placed inside the U-00007. 4. The line from the hinge was transfered to the outside of the U-00007. 5. The clecos and the hinge piano 063 were removed. 6.The rivet locations on the U-00007 were mrked and drilled #40. 7. Two U-00007B were made from the hinge piano 063 and the rivet locations were marked. 8. The U-00007D was made from the hinge piano 063 and a nutplate was used to match-drilled the rivet locations.
