3/31/2021 2.30Hrs 1. Masking tape was applied to each side of the U-00007. 2. A square was used to align the U-00007 with the nose wheel turned to one side. Same with the opposite side of the U-00007. 3. From the bottom of the lug on the WD-1201-1 was mesuared and marked. 4. The points marked on each side of the U-00007 were drilled #30 into the WD-1201-1. 5.The clamps, clecos, tape and U-00007 were removed from the WD-1201-1. 6. The two holes in the WD-1201-1 were tapped 8-32. 7. The two holes drilled in the U-00007 were final-drilled #19 and the inner surface around the holes werr roughened. 8. Around the WD120-1, wrap tape was used to cover the area around the tapped holes. 9. The threats of the screws were coated. 10. The U-00007 was slipped onto the WD-1201-11 and clamped. 11. A mix was made and put into the holes on either side of the U-00007 and a disc with diameter 1/4 to 5/16 in was made between the WD-1201-1 ad the U-00007. 12. Screws were iserted in both sides of the U-00007. 13. Once the mix cured, the screws and the U-00007 were removed. The holes in the U-00007 were final-drilled #19. 14. The tape was removed from the U-00007 and WD-1201-1.
