10/14/20 3 Hrs Step 1. Both F-00059A-L & R base seals were fabricated from SEAL-00003 foam PVC .375X.625 per the indicated dimensions.
Step 2. The lower inboard corner of the F-00059A-L base seal was trimmed where it would interfere with the fillet of sealant at the bottom of the F-1202H-L canopy rib.
Step 3. Thenase seal was temporairily positioned onto the F-01202B-1 panel base with the seal's aft inboard corner aligned with the beginning of the end in F-1202H-L canopy rib and he inboard face of the seal butted up against the canopy rib.
Step 4. A reference mark was placed on the fuselage side skin.
Step 5. Steps 2-5 were repeated on the right side.
Step 6. One C-01224A and two C-02334B latch sealswere created from SEAL-00003 FOAM PVC .375X.625.
Step 7. Canopy was partially closed. A piece of masking tape was placed on the C-1201 canopy with the tape's fwd edge of the C-01213B and aft the specified distance.
