1. The 3 holes that are at each side of the spinner cutout on both cowls were final-drilled #19. 2. The tab holes on the pins were used to match-drill #19 both cowls. 3. Both cowls were removed and all of the hinges were labeled. 4. All of the hinges were deburred. 5. Nutplate rivet holes were match-drilled on each of the sides of the bottom cowl where the tabs are located. 6.The nutplate rivet holes were match-drilled #40 into the bottom cowl. 7. The nutplate rivet holes were countersunk. 8. This same process was used for the 3 holes at each side of the spinner.
