11/16/19 2.3 Hrs Step1: The lower edges of both L-1 & R-1 forward halves were trimmed to porevent interference with the fuselage skins. Step 2: The halves of the hinges were cut and sliced to fit in each of their places The pins and hinges were also bent to give them the desired shape. Step 3: The end of boh F-01201 J-1 & K-1 and F-12117-L-1 & R-1 hinge pins were grinded to an offset point. Step 4: The eyelets of both forward asnd aft hinge halves of the F-01201 J-1 & K-1 were beveled using a flat file with smooth edges. Step 5: All the hinge pins were coated with a dy lubricant. Step 6: All of the forward hinge halves on the fuselage were installed by inserting thrit hinge pins.
