11/11/19 4Hrs 1. U-01203E-1L&R and U-01203B-1L&R were prepared to paint. First they were sanded with scotchbrite, and then cleaned it with precote. It was prepared primer and after that applied it to the pieces mentioned.
11/14/19 7.25 Hrs 2. The U-01202A, U-01203B-1, and U-01203E-1 were deburred and lightly primed. The U-01202A and U-01203B-1 contact áreas were lightly greased to prevent rust. 3. Both U-01202A were attached to the F-01204E-1 as required. 4. The U-01220-R-1 and U-01202-1 were maneuvered into position at the sale time. The corresponding nuts and washers were installed but not tighten. 5. The U-01203C-1, U-01203E-1, U-01203B-1 and U-01203-2 were installed. The inboard bolts were tighten when the legs were properly positioned. 6. A hammer and a block of wood were used to fully seat the bolts against the F-01204E-1. The bolts were evenly tighten moving from one to another while checking that the main gear attach brackets were pulling up until the final torque was reached. The bolts were seated again with the hammer and the final torque was confirmed.
