11/13/19 3.7 Hrs 1: The templates provided on the called out page were used to cut out two F-01275J and two F-01275B from the Buna-N 70A rubber sheets. The holes in the F-01275B were made with a circle cotter pin and a rubber mallet. Worked on step 2. 3: Fuel tank sealant was used to bond the F-01275H-L and the F-01275J.
02/10/20 1.5Hrs 2: The nutplate rivet holes on F-12105A were countersunk #40 and the nuplates were riveted to it. 4. The top main gear seal assemblies were slipped behind the F-01270A-1 and both F-01270A-L-1 and R-1, then they were secured in placed using the indicated hardware. 5. The bottom main gear seal assemblies were attached using theindicated hardware. The necessary cuts were made in the rubber pieces.
