Again it was a pretty short day, we got there and started deburring the holes that we drilled yesterday so we could dimple, in the meantime, one member of the team was creating the cardboard tool that has a 84 degree angle. Once this was done we placed the trailing edge wedge in position and clamped it to both skins and proceeded to match-drill the #40 holes with the correct angle. Before we were done we had a quick feedback from our professor. After the meeting we switched tasks, drilling and dimpling was completed but with a little error in the corner whole as shown in the picture.
