Today we completed steps 1 through 4 (17-03) and started step 5 of the same page.
The most difficult thing and worth mentioning is step 3 (17-03) in which you have to install the hinge ribs and brackets. Because of the tight space it is very difficult for the set the rivets flushed to the skin without any gap (we had to remove 5 rivets), Assuming that you followed the instructions as they are in the manual. We figured that the best approach to this is to rivet the whole hinge ribs last, to have as much space as possible to rivet the brackets to the main ribs, since the hinge ribs are riveted from the outside, the inside’s shop heads won’t obstruct the installation of these.
