Brief Description:  Page 40-02

We took a look at our A-195A that should’ve been completely cured by now, we sanded the excess, drilled #19, countersunk again and completed step 3, we thought it was a good idea to prime the part since “plasti-acero” contains parts that can make the aluminum rust.
We continued with page 40-02 making the hole for the landing light, we used a hole saw on the corners to help us make it as round as possible, then we used our snips to remove the inside material, we then filed all edges until they were smooth.

Our A-195A was dry now so we started with the stall warning assembly which we couldn’t complete because we didn’t know and couldn’t find the correct torque for our nuts, we’ll call Van’s

We continued on page 40-02 to make now the hole for the strobe lighting, to create this hole we used our step drill and the snips, we filed all edges. We completed steps 3 through 6 (40-02) with only step 2 pending.
Now on page 40-03 we completed step 1 and 2, before match-drilling onto our W-00014, we covered with masking tape the section that was going to be drilled to prevent it from shattering.
