Brief Description:  PAP Tests PITOT, STATIC AND AOA CHECKS

G5-1
It was confirmed flight controls can move with no interference.
Both wings were installed.
The pitot tube was disconnected from the ADAHRS and the AOA tubing was connected to the pitot fitting.
A syringe and modeling clay was used to create a vacuum on the AOA port under the left wing, less than 7.5cc of air were slowly injected to it until we hit the 130kts mark on the EFIS. After a one minute mark the airspeed read 126kts (rocking the wing forward to aft).
Leak rate was 4kts in one minute.
The pitot and AOA tubes were reinstalled in their correct positions.
A syringe was used to inject, less than 7.5cc of air to the pitot tube until we hit the 130kts mark on the EFIS. We waited until the reading was at 120kts and started the timer. After a one minute mark the airspeed read 119kts (rocking the wing forward to aft).

G5-2
Altitude indication read: 195ft
One of the static ports was covered and a syringe along with modeling clay was used to create a vacuum in the static system. Air was drawn out until the EFIS read 1395ft, the stopwatch was started when the EFIS read 1000 and it was left running for one minute. The last reading showed 955ft, the test was retried and got 985ft for an average of 970 which means a leak rate of 30ft per minute.
