Both cowlings were removed.
It was verified that the engine is properly attached.
It was verified that the exhaust system is properly attached.
It was verified that the throttle controls are properly attached.
It was confirmed the throttle operation is correct throughout all its travel.
Eco-Stop it's set to 98%
It was verified that the cabin heat controls are properly attached.
Both knobs operate properly.
The cabin heat doors rest against the the firewall when the knob is fully closed.
The cooling system was filled as specified on SI-912-016.
The oil system was filled as specified on SI-912-018.
4 gallons of fuel were added to the tank, no leaks were found.

CHECK FOR LEAKS.
The lower spark plug of each cylinder was removed.
The spinner was removed
Both blades are set to 71.2 degrees.
Prop bolt torque is set to 19 ft/lbs.
Prop tracking was checked with a difference of 1/128".
The spinner was reinstalled.
Pitot tube tracking test showed a difference of 1/256".
CHECK WING PIN DISABLED CIRCUIT.
Lower spark plugs were reinstalled.
