We continue with step 4 on page 21iS / U-02, perform dimple # 30 on parts F-01224-L-1 and R-1 indicated in figure 2 and after dimple # 40 on both parts, taking care to do so in the correct hole (the die of the dimple we cut it from one side so that the pre-folded surfaces of the pieces will not be damaged).
Step 5 (21iS / U-02): the protective plastic was removed with a soldering iron, clecos were placed too, after placed the nutplates K1000-08D in the holes of the pieces F-01224-L-1 and R-1 and placed the corresponding rivets AN426AD3-3
Step 2 (21iS / U-03): it was made dimple # 30 in the holes of the pieces F-01221 corresponding to the dimple of the holes of the piece F-012224-R-1 according to figure two of this page. Then cover with tape the holes of the pieces F-01241 (plastic bar) F-01224-R-1 and the luggage ribs.
Step 1 (21iS / -04): We machine countersink #30 to 2 pieces F-1206D of the 4 that there is, only where indicated in the figure of this page, after two pieces were deburred, one already with countersink and the other not,for later riveting with a COM-3-5 bearing in the middle and with rivets AN426AD4-7.
Step 4 (21iS / -04): We perform dimple # 30 and # 40 in the holes of the pieces F-01206H-L- and R- as indicated by the holes of the pieces F-01224-L-1 and R-1 The team makes different steps in different pages to be able to advance, since we are two fuselage teams and some pieces are occupied by the other team.
