Today I worked on the aft rib getting it ready for installing in the wing tip, because of the panio hinge being install the rib needed to be resized prior to drilling. I installed a plate nut for holding a plastic clip inplace, this plastic clip will be the care taker of the paino hinge pin on the top and bottom of the tip. I will be getting photo's to help you to uuderstand what I'm acturally doing here. The main idea to remember is that the panio hinge pin can not move doing flight and the plastic block will hold the pins in place. More to come...
