Today I removed the left tip and machine counter sink the fiberglass tip and cleaned up the panio hinge prior to drilling the holes between the rivet holes. These holes will be filled with fiberglass after I rivet the hinge to the tip. Photo's for this last process will come a little later in the const. Next drill holes and prime parts.
