I will be using a gascolator from Univair that the Piper's use. I liked this one because I am very familiar with it and Dad stocks them. Instead of the fuel filter that is generally used, I am relying on the finger screen in the fuel tanks, the screen in the gascolator, and finally the finer screen in the Bendix/Precision servo for fuel filtering. There is no need for any supplemental filtering. I am also mounting the gascolator in the same cavity in the fuselage as the valve and pump. This location is the lowest spot where water collection will be the most effective. Mounted the Dukes pump and plumbed the gascolator and pump in the circuit. Still have to build a support for the gascolator.
