-AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE SHEETMETAL GUYS AT WORK I DECIDED RATHER THAN CUT THE 703 FUEL TANK RIB ACCESS HOLE WITH A FLY CUTTER I'D JUST CHAIN DRILL AND CUT OUT. -SO I CHAIN DRILLED AND CUT OUT THE 703 RIB ACCESS HOLE AND TIDIED IT UP -I DRILLED THE UNCUT T411 ACCESS PANEL TO THE RIB, THEN CLECOED THE REINFORCEMENT RING & DRILLED NUTPLATE HOLES IN THE RIB -NEXT I DEBURRED/COUNTERSUNK AND DIMPLED THE HOLES, THEN FORGETING TO ATTACH NUTPLATES STARTED RIVETING THE RING TO THE RIB -AFTER 16 RIVETS REALIZED THAT I HAD MISSED THE NUTPLATES AND REMOVED THEM ALL AND RE RIVETED WITH THE NUTPLATES
