Attached the elevators and filed the up stop to obtain 25 degrees up elevator. Located the downstop into position for 20 degrees down elevator per the manual. Removed elevators and horizontal stabilizer. Drilled and reamed the down stop and bolted into place. Re-installed stabilizer and elevators.
