Continued FAB construction by fitting top to bowl and riveting according to the instructions, compressing the filter slightly. Fitted the FAB to the top plate and used the cowling to position and set the length. Removed the FAB and cut to length. While FAB was off, secured pinch ring with allen bolt and locktite. Replace FAB and bent top to match opening in cowl; also verified that bowl also matched the opening.
