Paint cockpit area with spray putty Etch prime all brackets for master cylinders and rudder connections and apply first coat of matt black Apply second coat to previous components Etch prime control stick and pulley brackets - apply first coat to brackets Apply spray putty to baggage door Paint control stick matt black and pulley brackets Etch prime and paint metal components matt black - glue first section of turtle deck Second coat on metal components - glue other side of turtle deck - cut out rudder inspection holes trim turtle deck and glue carbon fibre top sections to cowl entry Glue aluminum rudder inspection plates together Make rudder inspection plate holder Make rudder inspection plate holder - chamfer and etch aluminium plates Sand turtle deck blend and file trim carbon fibre top sections - check canopy fit Make battery box and strap + battery solenoid mount and glue rudder entry plate mounts in position in-fill batterybox and apply 1st coat varnish to inside turtle deck Varnish 2nd coat on turtle deck and former 3 - cut out dummy dorsel fin - etch and paint sick pivots matt black Firewall, cowl support and glue vertical fin in position and dorsel spline Glue fillet block into fin and dorsel strengening blocks - trim balsa side panels Dorsel fin - make balsa side add foam and trim Sand dorsel fin - add resin and micro balloons Drill 16mm holes in firewall for rubber wiring grommets Drill 16mm hole and mounting holes for gasculator
