Attach the bottom skin on the right elevator and the top skin on the left elevator, completing steps 1-2 on page 9-12.
Step 3 details how to make a special bucking bar to complete steps 4-5 for the rivets on the rear spar where the skins overhang and one cannot get a hand in place to buck the rivets.
I decided to post a question a few days before I needed it (reading ahead) to the VAF forum asking if anyone had a bar I could borrow (vs buying one for $29). Guy from Texas told me he would send his. Few days later I received a box from USPS.......Empty. Hole in the side of the box, bucking bar missing. And you wonder why they lose $2b a year. Ended up having to buy one anyone to use and will send to my friend in Texas as a replacement for his generosity.
