Talked to Vans technical support and gained confidence with re-bending the root ribs to match what is required. Once that was completed the root rib/front spar/elevator horn all lined up. Completed riveting the components together, completing steps 5-7 on page 9-10.
Completed steps 3-6 on page 9-11. Back rivet the rib halves to the skins and the rear spar to the correct half of the ribs. Also riveted the shear clips and gussets to the rear spar.
