Brief Description:  -4 rivet and pop rivets

Fixed the issue when drilling out a -3 rivet a few weeks ago.

Installed a -4 rivet after prepping the hole. Once complete installed the remaining pop rivets in the leading edge and completed the rudder (minus fairings)
