Installed the counterbalance weight per the plans. Was not thrilled how the bent pieces came out but it will work. Also used the additional rivet as suggested in the plans if the skin between the two countersunk screws looked like a "pillow"
Completed the last twelve holes in the top rib and counterbalance rib.
Rudder is complete except for the need to determine the path for the mis-drilled rivet and the pop rivets in the rolled lower portion of the rudder. This will be completed after the hole is fixed.
