Brief Description:  Flight 77

0.7 flight time, 4x around pattern. Had pulled the cowling after the last flight. Checked everything over for leaks. Trimmed the R side of the lower fwd cooler flange a little (I knew that was close to the cowling). Took some FWF photos, as people ask questions and I don't have "as completed" photos. Cleaned the windshield w/ a microfiber cloth and water. That made a big difference, as some of the bugs were pretty large. Was going to try going to KRYN, but didn't. Flew over the I-10 construction by my house and took some more photos. Pattern was pretty busy on return, but fit right in and everyone was managing traffic pretty well. Tires - first cord showing on the LH tire, so even though the tread isn't quite as gone as when I flipped them, I think they're pretty much done (114 landings this half). Tried 1/4" (880 lb) quick links in the tie down bolts (Ace p/n 79172, about $5 for pkg of 2). Perfect. That's what I'll use for tying it down.
